Shoreland—Identity Design
Shoreland is a historic hotel building in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago. It was completely renovated by Mac Properties and Studio Gang Architects to be luxury apartment rentals.
While working with Rick Valicenti at 3st, Beth helped develop the identity showcasing the rich history of the building and neighborhood in a contemporary context.
Historical and contemporary, simple and ornate are combined to create the leasing website.
The mixture of simple and ornate is featured in the logo and the typography used for marketing and informational materials.
A large information brochure with full-page images and bold graphic gestures highlights the luxury and beauty of the building and its location.
